Soccer Mom

I can officially say I'm a "soccer mom." For some reason, this makes me feel ancient!! Izzy had her first soccer game Saturday and she loved it. She had such a fun time practicing, running around chasing the balls and playing on the sidelines with the other kids. I'm helping coach the team, which is turning out to be really fun!! Olivia got her first tooth this weekend! She's been pretty uncomfortable but seems to be getting better. Her newest favorite food-strawberries! She devours them. This morning, Isabelle told me that when she was two, she learned about the planet Earth in her preschool class. She said the Earth moves around and around but it's so slow we can't see it. She told me that Earth Day was coming up and wanted me to mark it on her calendar so she would know when to "hug a tree." Wow. She also said "God is cool" because if she had a balloon and she let go, it would go up to God and then he'd make it change colors and then he would send it back as a different color for the next party....reincarnation of balloons? :). I love getting these little glimses into her mind!!
